This Program combines Woxsen’s research excellence and a strong academic partnership with Porto Business School. With strong domain focus on Artificial Intelligence, Strategy, and Global Policy & Operations Management, coupled with a 3-4 week residential visit in Portugal, this Program offers a unique and a practically oriented Doctorate.
Graduates of this Program can pursue academic roles in India and abroad, or transition into strategic, leadership and policy positions in industry. Renowned organizations in India value a Doctorate Program, as it is more practice-oriented than a traditional PhD, and brings a strong data and research orientation to decision-making – opening up opportunities for strategic and C-suite roles.
The program follows a part-time, hybrid format, with coursework delivered through a blend of in-person sessions and guided modules. Scholars are required to spend one week per semester at the Woxsen University campus.
Yes, applicants are required to clear an entrance exam as part of the enrolment process.
The residency includes coursework, in-person guidance from supervisors, and focused work on the research proposal, publications, and thesis development as per each scholar’s progress.
